MakeSafe Tarping is manufactured from a reinforced polyethylene material. This creates a product that is lightweight, flexible and easily contours to any roof configuration while also being tough and tear resistant. Better yet, it’s recyclable and can be reusable in certain situations.

Store
Our lightweight rolls of tarping are easy to store on site. Cost-efficient and space saving, you can keep just what you need on hand and be fully prepared for storm season or your next project. If you require commercial quantities, we can arrange to store your pre-purchased products in our secure warehouses to be available when you need them.
Deploy
For our clients who securely store their products in one of our Australian warehouses, the White Tarps, Clear Tarps, and any accessories required can be packed and delivered to where they're needed, when they're needed. This is particularly important in the lead up to storm season as ordering products ahead means avoiding unnecessary delays after a natural weather disaster has already hit.

Our Team
MakeSafe Tarping was founded by Mick Bentham in 2006 as a response to the rebuilding process in Innisfail after Cyclone Larry. At the time, Mick was frantically tarping up damaged homes with traditional tarpaulins – an onerous and time-consuming task. He knew there was a better way.
Today, Mick uses his 32 years of roofing experience to fulfil MakeSafe Tarping’s mission to provide high-quality tarping solutions across Australia. His partner Ruth handles all the administration and accounts to ensure that this happens smoothly and seamlessly.
